When a church family gathers to celebrate, it is more than an event. It is a testimony. This December, the House of Praise and Prayer (HOPAP) in Hamilton, Ontario will mark a remarkable milestone: ten years of worship, prayer, and community impact.
For a decade, HOPAP has been a place where lives are transformed, where burdens are lifted in prayer, and where praise continually rises to heaven. From Wednesday, December 17 to Sunday, December 21, 2025 we invite you to join us in giving glory to God for this journey.
Theme: The Excellency of Our God (Isaiah 35:2)
Our celebration is anchored on Isaiah 35:2: “They shall see the glory of the Lord, the excellency of our God.”
This is more than a theme. It is our testimony. Over the past ten years, we have witnessed God’s power in answered prayers, in testimonies of healing and restoration, and in the growth of a church family that has become a home to many. This anniversary is both a reflection and a declaration that the excellency of our God is unmatched, and His glory will be revealed in even greater ways in the years to come.
Special Guest Ministers
We are honored to welcome Pastor Dr. Joseph Omorinoye, General Overseer of the House of Prayer Assembly, who will be ministering as the main guest speaker during this anniversary. His ministry carries a prophetic voice for the season, and we believe God will use him to release a fresh word for Hamilton and beyond.
We are also delighted to have Pastor Tinuola Babafemi, founder and overseer of the House of Praise and Prayer, ministering during the celebration. Her vision and dedication have been instrumental in the growth of HOPAP over the last ten years, and her message will carry both the heart of a shepherd and the fire of a spiritual pioneer.
